Software that really understands PR

What do you like best?

Onclusive actually knows the difference between news and noise. It does a great job of catching mentions in outlets that are truly editorial, while filtering out brand mentions from endless websites that pretend to be press articles but really aren't.

What do you dislike?

Onclusive's ability to collate and organize syndications could be better. Also, the calculation of the Power of Voice metric is a little bit opaque, which can limit it from being reported or taken seriously by marketing leadership

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking PR mentions of a company brand with a common English word as its name.
