Advanced user of OmniGraffleEasy to use for basic needs, but extremely powerful for more advanced uses. Extensive image libraries available, and easy to create your own that you can share within your team or group. Near endless formatting and styling options. Some automation capabilities, but we haven't yet found a use case for them. By far the best graphing/diagramming tool available for MacOS or iOS.
Sometimes adding lines to a graffle cause the lines to snap to other objects unintentionally. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a setting to control this behavior, but it hasn't been a big enough issue to try and find out. Other than that, nothing comes to mind that I dislike about OmniGraffle.
We use OmniGraffle to diagram process flows and entity relationships. OmniGraffle allows to quickly model these, and once final designs are done, create images suitable for insertion into our documentation. The stencil library allows us to save our most used object types, and easily share them among the entire team. It's also very simple to add custom objects to a stencil library.
