Advanced user of OfficeSpace SoftwareOffice Space took the challenge of workspace management, office moves, and office support and organized it efficiently and effectively to make managing larger offices that much easier. It's the best software I've seen to manage office spaces. Perhaps more importantly, the customer service and support team is outstanding- always responsive, always expert resources and always friendly and willing to make the tool better. I am constantly impressed and consistently grateful.
I would like the tool to send daily reminders to people to do the safeguard check-in. Right now it only sends that message to people who have reserved a desk but for those with permanent spaces, there's n reminder system available. I believe they are working on this improvement.
Office Space helps us with move management, employee census and population control in the office (the 6 foot tool added this year was awesome). Since COVID started, we've also been using the Safeguard tool and that has helped us enormously with employee attendance management, health screening, and security.
