In our latest version, users can change job positions, stages, medium, priority, and responsibility in the list view, as well as create reports on reasons why applicants weren’t hired. Also, when an employee leaves the company, an end date is automatically added on their contract. In addition, their address, car’s contract, etc. are archived.

Odoo Employees:

Users can also restrict the visibility of more sensitive information to HR managers only, or they could make information public for all employees to see, such as an employee directory.

With Odoo Employees, users receive alerts for any new leave requests, allocation requests, applications, and appraisals. Users will also be able to keep track of the hours an employee worked, as well as sort by project, client, or even tasks. This app offers easy access to statistics, which you can use to record and analyze timesheets, as well as check each employee’s attendance.

In the latest version of Odoo, users can now see the availability of a set of employees based on skills or roles in Planning. They can also change working schedules, job positions, and statuses in mass, via the list view. Full time contacts can be suspended, and alerts direct users to perform specific actions.

With Odoo Fleet, you won’t need any specialized tracking system for company vehicles. This app allows you to keep a close eye on your fleet in just a few clicks. It’s really that simple!

Now you can manage everything through our user-friendly administrative system. Which consists of: fuel log entries, costs, and many other features that are necessary for the efficient management of your company’s vehicles.

You can also use Odoo Fleet to manage leasing, and all other contracts, with ease. Supervise all contracts for your vehicles and receive a warning email when contracts reach their expiration date. There are also several visual tools in place to ensure that you’ll remember to renew (or end) your contract.

Easy Recruitment through Odoo

What do you like best?

The smooth flow of recruitment steps from start to the end of recruitment. the view makes the recruitment of each position very smooth. The difference within the recruitment position can be clearly seen to any person without confusion. A lot of time has saved due to the usage of odoo in our organization. All the recruitments are carried out through the odoo recruitment suite that we have implemented at the start ofourc=organsaton and we even recommend our clients to use the same for their firm

What do you dislike?

a bit difficult to fetch resumes due to the downloading of a resume for each candidate. The job description can be in a more user-friendly manner. Expecting more features in coming versions to improve the kanban view which has a drag and drop fluctuations sometimes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The kanban view will make all the difficult tasks easier while recruiting. The main feature that attracts any person is the communication redirection of the resumes another thing directly to the mail whichever specifies.

Multiple positions can be opened in one stretch to avoid wastage of time and can be assigned to any person as responsible for each position recruitment.

To make the job flawless they have even included the tabs of progress for each candidate's profile and can be stored, the profile for future reference if they are archived.

You can even filter the job post on that has been created according to your wish or even view the whole list of applicants in one go.

The job creation can also be through importing any other job profile in any CSV format or excel file.

would recommend odoo recruitment to any business since every business will need staff recruitment that to every now and then.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use for recruiting staff in our organization for multiple posts at a time. The organized way the view gave is really appreciable from the organization's side. The selection mail sending and enquires from candidates carried out through the suite makes the hectic job simpler. The attachment available for each candidate's profile helps to get resumes as well as certificates that they would like to attach anytime. Communication between the candidates and recruiters is now very easy and less burden.
