Advanced user of NotarizeI love that they have their own app that makes it easy for the signer and they don't necessarily have to be at a laptop/PC, but can use their phone to follow through with the notary. Also a detailed history of the transaction is provided along with the video.
Nothing comes to mind....last i knew, they were only available for iphone so maybe expand to android if they havent already.
Highly recommend! Very easy to use and understand, both from an originator standpoint and from a signer standpoint. Lots of detail provided with the transaction.
Notarize is very helpful in cases of suspected fraud. With their identity verification tools and the video of the signer/notary being provided, it helps us know we're entering into contract with the right person.
