NGSurvey: Data Analyst

What do you like best?

The most helpful thing i like aboutNGSurvey is that it collect data and deliver to us easily and tell us what our customer says. It fulfill our satisfaction. We can ask 26 question easily from our customers and distribute it easily to them via survey link. I can easily collect data even if i am using mobile and not have internet, it can either work online or offline. I usually build survey form design according to my flexibilty to look form best towards my customer.I can share survey link through whatsapp and sms which i need the most and it completes my requirement The upside of NGSurvey is that it is packed with many features which are really helpful. It has many question types which can mesure customer satisfaction.

What do you dislike?

I didn't dislike anything yet. If I feel to share any dislike of it in the future, I will update my review.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend it to those who want to know their customer better and need to have good communication between them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving my weekly problem of taking feedback from the customer of my products, which I release; I don't need to change to any other software to take feedback from customers. The benefits of it are that it has a satisfaction toolbox through which we can take ratings in star. The best advantage of it is that it has a multi-language tool which help in translating the language in their language.
