Poor customer service. When the ELD mandate came into effect, I had to call and ask if they offer an ELD sollution. And they were very rigid and short in presenting me the options. I decided to switch to another provider and it took Nextraq a month to close my account.
NexTraq it's a great solution for tracking, with a very friendly and capable interface, super stable and reliable. Unfortunately, we needed something else and we had to cancel the account.
