What do you like best?

The team is awesome - very knowledgeable and quick to respond and help, they also try to think outside of the box and suggest a solution that might not be immediately available.

The product development is also pretty fast.

What do you dislike?

Nothing comes to mind. All issues that rises are resolved in a timely manner

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The goal is to provide our users with a fast reply to their support questions and alleviate the workload for the agents. Netomi does just that
