What do you like best?

It's a database for all our member information. It is able to store a lot of history. It can handle when you multiple entities. I like that you can add notes to members profiles to note conversations that you have had with them or comments on the status of their account.

What do you dislike?

We've struggled for years to get the system to integrate with our accounting software despite enlisting the help of multiple consultants to assist with this process. It runs slow much of the time. The data team seems to have trouble making updates because it's so customized. People don't like using it for events because it's not as user friendly to attendees as something like event brite. Trying to add new invoices feels like an overly complicated process.

make sure you understand how the system will integrate with other software that you use.

The software has helped us keep more data on our members and their interactions with us. We are able to see the history of their involvement with our organization. The software has helped us keep more data on our members. We are able to see the history of their involvement with our organization. It has helped the various departments around our organization communicate better with each other and be aware of past dealings that other departments have had with members you may be currently speaking with.
