What do you like best?

Integration with Microsoft Outlook is easy to set up and use. We can click a Receive NeoCertified and all secure emails are uploaded onto our Outlook platform. If we want to send an email through the secure platform, we compose the email in Outlook and click Send NeoCertified. We know our emails are encrypted and our members information remains protected.

Recipients of Neocertified emails can easily set up a passcode to open secure emails.

Recipients can respond to our Neocertified emails with a secure link as well.

What do you dislike?

NeoCertified secure email is exactly what we need. However, We do have to periodically go on the neo-certified site to erase old messages for storage purposes. Some recipients have expressed inability to change passcodes and/or access the encrypted message

If you use Outlook download the add-on to access and send your emails with the click of a button. No additional log-ins are necessary.
