What do you like best?

What I like best is the ease of use. Everything is organized and easy to see (my cases, my team, all cases). It is easy to search for closed cases (if you know the case #). The platform is quick and responsive. I like how the upgrade has made it easier to see who the case requestor is on the right hand side of a case. In the past before the upgrade the information such as emergency contact info and manager info was on the same panel - now this information is divided into tabs within the case.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that it is sometimes difficult to find a closed case by searching the case by name - if no case # is available. Sometimes there are too many results, sometimes there are none. IT can be difficult to figure out the right parameters for the search.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The product has been upgraded recently and it is now easier to use. I recommend taking any classes that may be available. AT my company there was a Beginner's User course as well as an Advanced User course. I have taken both and they have helped me with unlocking all the features that the platform has. For example, learning how to search for closed cases was a part of one of the courses. Learning how to use that feature has been very helpful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am currently solving onboarding issues, and in the past I was solving compensation problems. A benefit is that there is a record of the transaction that occurred.
