What do you like best?
Their staff is friendly when you talk to them. It's not their fault that their company doesn't stand by their products and services to offer real solutions. The same problems occur repeatedly.
What do you dislike?
They don't seem to see urgency in correct t information being displayed on our website in a timely manner. The latest case, l was flat out told that they aren't seeking a solution because they are changing platforms. Doesn't help me now!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask other users before you commit to any contract. Also, their contract auti-renews without any reminder notice.

Scheduled deployed changes do not work. Previously deployed items keep repopulated. If they are accidentally deployed, it will display incorrect, outdated information.
