Keeping our Customers updated

What do you like best?

We've been using NativeVideo for around 6 months and the customer service from Luca and the team has been first class throughout.

NativeVideo has been a great additional tool for us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors when it comes to Lead generation. The ability for us to allow prospects to put a face to a name and see us tell a quick customer story or deliver a bite-sized product demo has led to some great results.

I'd say the value of NativeVideo to us has only increased recently during the COVID-19 crisis. As a Travel & Expense Management app it has been vital that we keep our customers up to date with the latest guidance. The ability to track who has watched your video (and who hasn't) has helped us point our additional support services at the clients who may need additional information.

I highly recommend NativeVideo.

What do you dislike?

I'm looking forward to the release that allows for both "to camera" and screen recording in the same video. I believe this is already in development and will be a great additional feature.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping our customer updated with important information.

Allowing us to "cut through the noise" of the countless email blasts we're all receiving at the moment - helping SalesTrip stand out from our competitors.
