Mail Assure is the WORST

What do you like best?

We can have unfiltered users and filtered users on a postoffice

What do you dislike?

Quality of support and time to respond is horrid, constant changes that are unwanted, pop ups in their portal, forcing SSO and 2fa, no US based support, service degradation and email delays. No SLA, No real escalations department or single account manager, no phone calls from support when requested

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would highly recommend going with another option and not getting stuck with Mail Assure. Mail Assure support takes forever to respond with anything of substance, and even then, they are often wrong. Support often misclassifies your issues as not critical, no matter what the problem is. The support staff does not attempt to recreate the problem you see before suggesting you try something, which often leads to you wasting a LOT of time and getting nowhere. This company will not respect your time. Mail Assure is constantly rolling out service-breaking changes and confusing UI updates that are honestly not needed and will cause your staff to go through a training curve. The spammy pop-ups in the admin portal will make you question the sanity of whoever is running this business. Our SLA with GFI MaxMail magically disappeared when SolarWinds bought it and forced us over to Mail Assure.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mail Assure is filtering before mail reaches our server. Our server does not have to consume as many resources through DNS lookups or filtering methods, and our clients have a nice interface that we have branded.
