Advanced user of Muninmunin-node-config command, when there's only one command can be used to add all available graphs for specified host/switch/equipment, munin-node-configure is awesome tool!
also munin-run is the #1 tool when you need to find out why some graph doesnt work, it helps to find out issue immediately.
also it doesnt annoy your to update it every time like any other software tools :)
graphs are rendered in PNG, but what I want - interactive graphs like in grafana :)
Because some times you need to rewrite rules of your graphs, and you cant do that in munin.
Grafana has an ability to change rules on the fly, in realtime, so please take a look at that amazing feature, implementing such feature can be amazingly useful.
Also want to have an ability to pre-render graphs for email alerts, and built-in ability to send alerts to messengers like fb, telegram.
Give it a try, it easy to setup, to maintain, and it's fast to enroll. It's beast open-source tool for graphs, monitoring & alerting.
You can setup it on-premises or use docker container, or in the cloud, it's fast enought.
continues infrastructure monitoring, like measuring 95th percentile, bandwidth, latency, varios sensors - like temperature, UPS voltage, power meters, PDUs.
The benefits - it's simple and powerfull tool when you need to get graphs of any SNMP-capable device, or device that has some sort of API.
So monitoring is the primary problem that it solves (except any 3rd party nagios/icinga, with is just for redundancy).
