What do you like best?

I love the media database and distribution system to send and track pitches. I've been able to create stronger and more targeted media list to serve my clients. The ability to research reporters, their interest, find them on social media, see their latest articles has been a game changer when it comes to identifying the right media contacts to reach out to and pitch. Let me not forget the media monitoring and reporting service. I'm able to quickly identify and capture the metrics important to my clients and communiciate the value in the service I provide as a publicist. Oh, and their team is super helpful, responsive, and thorough when it comes to updating media contacts within the system.

What do you dislike?

There isn't a newswire distribution feature as of yet, so I have to send my newswire submissions through a different platform. Honestly speaking, that's the only major drawback for me, but it wasn't a big enough factor to turn me away from signing up and using Muck Rack. The benefits of the other features outweight missing the newswire piece. I don't have any other dislikes to mention.
