Mobile Text Alerts - Effective and Easy
What do you like best?
It's much simpler than doing something like putting an email together, yet it's more effective in reaching my audience. One of my favorite features is the scheduled messages. This means that you can send out a mass text message at a time of day where most people will be available to look at it, even if you come up with it too late at night or too early in the morning.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that I personally feel limited in how many text messages I can send out because I want to avoid spamming subscribers. This isn't a fault of Mobile Text Alerts but rather a problem of how others view text messages. It is likely that people would unsubscribe if I sent more than a couple of text messages in a week. However, with the little amount that I send out, it makes it feel like the cost is expensive for the application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that it's a great platform to be used in order to send out mass text messages. It's quite easy for others to subscribe to you, the website itself teaches you how to use it if you're unable to figure it out, and it has many great features. Although it's not a free service after the trial, it certainly is worth it if you need to effectively reach your audience at least a few times a month.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Problems that have been solved with Mobile Text Alerts are no longer wondering if my email has been read. Text messages are much more effective than emails, and this is the largest benefit provided by this software.
