What do you like best?

Tge natural language recignition is more mature than other platforms and impressed me with the algorithms ability to recognize slang expressions.

What do you dislike?

When multiple people of different accents and languages are speaking, it still stuggles, which is understandable. This is where google translate and other systems fall short as well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Meeting notation transcripts, action items and documentation of "for the record" events
