What do you like best?

I tried MindBehind to develop a chatbot as Covid-19 information provider. Once I trained the chatbot, response was excellent. No frictions, no bugs at all. I started with helpful videos explaining actions that let me create a proper chatbot and it totally worked for me.

Maturity of UI and ability to create a chatbot with intelligent flows fully met my demands. It was incredibly easy and fast, especially for me, as non-technical fellow.

Publishing on Facebook was easy child's play to me and since chatbot was related to Covid-19 it was for free. It seamlessly supported Polish language as well.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, nothing. I didn't face any struggles and it took me about 2 hours to build and publish fully working chatbot for my community.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The chatbot I build using MindBehind was tremendously helpful for our community in crisis of covid-19. It let phone lines to be less engaged so we could focus on important human-related job.
