Advanced user of MilldeskI like Milldesk for several reasons, it has a notification system that alerts you when you receive a ticket. I also like that the application has a text-to-speech input option enabled on the portal. Another feature that I like is that it allows you to create templates for emails, so that they can be sent automatically.
The user interface has many animations, so it uses a large amount of memory when loaded in the browser.
