You can Rank your candidates, have performance reports on them and search among a huge database of resumes.
Add this up with an easy setup that takes minutes instead of hours or days with other vendors and you are left with very little not to like.

A better onboarding experience that can take you by the hand. A simulator of sorts.
But im being extremely Harsh here as the setup is very user friendly as it is.
