What do you like best?
In our organization Dynamics 365 Business Central has been adopted with the purpose of gathering and organizing all the financial data and our products in the same environment, in such a way that each work team has been able to have easy access to data of interest in their area. I love the way the platform organizes all the data, it has come in handy in all our areas of work, especially in sales, marketing and customer service. It also integrates well with other programs.
What do you dislike?
It takes a lot of training to feel confident about the software and get the most out of it. Setting permissions can also seem quite complicated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very useful tool especially for small and medium sized manufacturing companies looking for a way to manage financial and product data, it is an excellent tool powered by Microsoft.

Dynamics 365 Business Central has been a pretty solid solution to solve several problems within our organization, especially financial, accounting and sales performance monitoring. Its automations and integrations with third party tools have streamlined our workflow significantly and saved us time in every area of work.
