Advanced user of MessageDeskI love how easy it is to send out messages, create new groups, and add/remove contacts from groups. It always sends a "group message report" so you can see if anyone opted out and confirm that all of the messages were delivered. Snapdesk also had the best customer service I have ever experienced. I submitted a question and they called me less then 5 minutes later.
It's a little on the pricy side for me. But worth it!
I highly recommend using snap-desk. It is so easy to use and move things around to meet the need of any organization. The customer service is amazing, so don't be afraid to submit a question if you have any!
I work with lots of volunteers and students ages 18-25 who do not check their emails, so sending out bulk text messaging is a life saver. I know if I need something to be known quickly, snap-desk is the next best thing before knocking on doors.
