Advanced user of MergeMailnothing yet. I have not been able to get the product to open. they ask you to download a chrome add on which once you do, takes you into a maddening cycle of trying to log into the product. not worth the energy
so far, everything. as I stated in the previous answer
you will see, in the screenshot I provided, that is as far as I was able to go with this product. from there, it was click the button, try to log on (which kept taking you to the permission page that told you all permissions were granted) and back to the start. frustrating, annoying and then the troubleshooter only offers on thing to troubleshoot and ITS NOT EVEN THE PROBLEM I WAS ENCOUNTERING
I'm not solving anything because after using the trial I decided not to move forward with it. Perhaps they're still ironing out some kinks and they'll eventually get it running as it should but I was really disappointed with the problems I had because the product they intended to release sounded like something I really could use.
