Fast and precice tool for developing your own, competent chatbots!

What do you like best?

I started working with this AI platform about 2 years ago and after all this time I have never had any issues in developing chatbots for my business easily. It was really good two years ago and still they were able to improve in many ways. For example: AI training performance, enhancement of their UI, enabling their Chatbots for Whatsapp Business accounts, secure account- and user management and many other things.

On top of their great cloud software, their customer support is quick and always kind. I've never had any problems wich they couldn't help me solve.

What do you dislike?

What i didn't like was their old message inbox UI but the new one is great to work with.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using a chatbot for your customer support or FAQs helps us in many ways. Its 24/7 uptime and fast reaction time make it easier for customers to get the information they need quickly. If our bot happens to not know the answer to a customers question, we are also able to jump in by ourselves, handle the situation and improve your bot alongside of that.
