BEWARE LEGACY MEMBERS

What do you like best?

Used MW once in a while years ago when they were new.

What do you dislike?

We have been legacy members of MW for the past 4-5 years. We received an email overnight stating that our monthly payment had not gone through and that we needed to update payment methods. (We received this email less than 24 hours ago.) Our card set up for auto payment had expired, so I logged in to check on the payment and update with a new card. Once I updated my password, I could see our entire payment history dated years back. Then, within 5 minutes, all of it disappeared! I got on their "chat" line to ask questions with Cristy. She was not helpful. She said that they no longer HONOR LEGACY MEMBERSHIPS. What? What's the point of a legacy membership then? She said she could find no active account for my company with my email. This is a joke and UNTRUE because I had JUST seen all of our payments for the past years. She said she could offer me 20% off a package. I expressed my displeasure with how they treat legacy members. So, WARNING to all legacy members, DO NOT let your card set up for auto payments expire on their site or you will be instantly kicked out of their legacy program. I will not give this company another penny of my money for their lack of customer service and not honoring their legacy program to someone that has always been a loyal customer. There are many other companies that offer these same services, my advice it to go with one of those...

None, haven't used in in months. Have been using other platforms.
