We like and use many features like; market intelligence, keyword research, listing analysis, listing builder. This software has helped us optimize our listings to the highest quality. We use this for every new product that we add. The chat box on the site and customer service is very helpful.

What do you dislike?

There is a limit to monthly listing analysis. It's priced a little higher than the competitors. The customer service can take up to 24 hours to reply sometimes.
