The reporting engine takes quite a bit of practice to learn and fully exploit. The reporting tools are so powerful and could be leveraged greatly if the use of the tool was a bit simpler.
The largest benefit is the ability to load multiple salary surveys with large amounts of data and utilize the tool to conduct thorough analysis of our internal jobs compared to the market data from the surveys...and all in one screen with the ability to apply weights and premiums or discounts to each match.
