What do you like best?

I like how the customer service. I can tell they really care about user support.

What do you dislike?

It's a bit of a hassle having to sit down and talk with a representative about your organization before they create your account. If you don't have a lot of time or need to make a quick decision, this may not be for you.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I love how hands-on this website is. They tailor your account to your needs and I will definitely consider using this in the future for some of my other projects.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I needed a program to help my school club keep updated since we don't get to meet a lot.
