What do you like best?

The plugin gives me great flexibility with my membership site https://members.builditandprosper.com/ and most importantly, the support is superb. Tickets are responded to quickly, and as a non-technical person, they are very patient in explaining anything I don't understand. In addition, they operate an office house where you can call in over zoom and get great advice.

What do you dislike?

The time it takes to learn, but then if you want a flexable solution, that seems a small price to pay. I could have used Customer Hub, but I would not have got the site I wanted. I use this along with BuddyBoss Theme and this allows me to build a community to create greater engagement.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want complete flexibility with your site, then you need to get Memberium. If you want a simple site with very little flexibility, then there is plenty to choose from.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows me to sell courses, communicate directly with my members, host lead magnets so that I can continue the conversation without using email.
