What do you like best?

It's easy to read and overall seems to have a simple design. It's also easy to train people on. I was new to this type of software and I was able to learn quickly

What do you dislike?

Dated software that has very limited features. This software needs an update. Many things I can not do because of the soft ware. You can not be logged in on multiple users and the software constantly freezes and glitches.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Too outdated. Get a software that does more and has more features. This one has so many glitches

Booking patients in a medical office. It's easy to use and easy to learn on. We are able to have multiple accounts use this software in real time
