Incredibly valuable recruiting tool backed by amazing team

What do you like best?

The Hiredscore platform enables our large, global team of recruiters to make the most of their time. Both core products (spotlight & fetch) position our recruiters to optimize their workflow and focus on providing strong candidate and hiring manager experiences. The technology's AI and machine learning allow our recruiters to get their most important tasks completed in a fraction of the time. Our recruiters really enjoy the simplified and intuitive user interface and how it compliments our applicant tracking system's core functionality. Our partnership with Hiredscore allows us to deliver value back to our business stakeholders through speed and quality within our TA ecosystem.

What do you dislike?

There's not too much about the core product to be critical about. Given Hiredscore's relentless focus on the user, some of the administrator's experience has been deprioritized. For instance, self-service license management and utilization reporting are not yet available. I'm confident has Hiredscore continues to mature their admin capability will become more robust.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to deliver on recruiter experience objectives by cutting down on their application screening time and automating sourcing activities. By eliminating much of the arduous, time-consuming tasks early in the recruiting lifecycle, our recruiters can now focus on candidate and hiring manager relationships and experience.
