What do you like best?

The best part of the Maxcustomer is that it is highly secure and store the data as per the requirement and the data which is save nobody can access that without the user permission and also we can monitor the and track the status of the ticket closely and also we can assign the work as per the requirement which help in cutting down the TAT time of the ticket and we can also avoid the escalation from the customer side, by the help of the Maxcustomer we can maintain the resolution percentage which is very much helpful in maintaining the track record to match the customer need and we can monitor the activity of the resources that how much time they are taking to resolve the one customer query of the customer.

What do you dislike?

As the Maxcustomer is one of the best CRM tool availbe in the market by the help of which we can minimize the error percentage and also the customer data is highly secure and also we can store the data which is not accessible to the other resource without the permission due to this there is no dislike for the Maxcustomer.

As the Maxcustomer is highly secured product to use and also by the help of this we can minimize the error and also we can maintain the records of the customers and the work records of the customer due to this i recommended few of my friend working in different companys.
