What do you like best?

I can set each interviewer objectives and scope for each the interview so that the evaluation of candidates are more complete and accurate.

What do you dislike?

Take up my time to think further what I want to assess for each role when creating a new role but I know its beneficial for the company at the end. Its a matter of getting used to it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Lots of problems resolved

1) Helped me to keep track of the schedules and chase the hiring manager (Boss or CTO). I can breath a bit more and more time to source for candidates.

2) I feel that we hired more accurate employee after using Mathilda.

3) I received lesser emails asking me for feedback.

4) Make me think and have a clearer alignment with hiring manger.
