ToutApp: one of the key tools for your company.
What do you like best?
It is a very necessary tool in an organization, because you can know when the client has received your email and when it has reviewed it, so it allows you to know the rate of receptivity that customers have with your products and services. In turn, it saves you a fairly relevant amount of time in your daily work.
What do you dislike?
The time that I have been using the tool has caused me two inconveniences, one of them is that the tool sometimes becomes somewhat tedious and slow the process, therefore I should improve that part, and on the other hand it is that the tool allows me send emails to a certain customer limit, that is, if the information must be sent to a certain number of customers that exceed the ToutApp limit, I must batch send the information. For that part I am delayed a little work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Despite its minimal failures, it seems to me that it is ideal for companies because of its ability to track the information sent to customers, you can know when the customer has reviewed the material and where it is located. Sales tracking is a key aspect of a company's success, and ToutApp offers you these functions to be able to monitor your customers and track any type of information.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use ToutApp in the organization for several reasons, one of them is that through this tool we can prepare a list of more potential customers and thus be able to have a list of them and send them information, campaigns or offers of our products without needing to be sending the material manually individually, with ToutApp we save a lot of time thanks to this excellent function. ToutApp also allows us to track our emails, to find out which customers received the information and who reviewed it.
