What do you like best?
Nothing, everything was terrible with their service. I am appalled their overall rating is 4 stars.
What do you dislike?
I am so disappointed I got scammed into using MarketLeader. The leads are absolutely horrible. I called and emailed every single lead that came in multiple times. I received one email response during my whole term. The platform shows if the leads are opening their emails, 90% did not. I had to return close to 30 leads because they were fake accounts (why am I responsible for digging into fake accounts). I called after two months and tried to cancel and they would not let me. After my 6 month contract was up, I then started getting billed on a month to month bases (price went up too). When I saw I got charged at the beginning of the 7th month, I instantly called and told them I did not want the 7th month (I had previously requested cancel multiple times). They told me I did not request cancel is the correct timeframe and that they would not refund me. They straight up robbed me of a lot of money. I can not believe how terrible this entire experience was. If you are reading this before committing, I beg of you to not use their service. So bad.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I solved zero problems with Market Leader. They created an abundance of problems for me. Worst service I have ever received.
