Advanced user of Maginus OMSMaginus has some great features for customer relationship management, including the ability to track communications between different business sectors and the customer themselves, corporate communication both internally and externally.
The software runs virtually in a Citrix client and is sometimes slow and clunky, amongst other shortcomings, the operating system used for running OMS is out of date and could use improvement.
Issues such as customer profiling and documenting issues (CRN), this software has some seriously powerful benefits to businesses on a large scale for API integration of seamless management of customer data, the ability to link to an e-commerce storefront is another benefit.
