Complicated for users without coding experience, but that is understandable give the complex nature of the application

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Can be complex and has the potential to slow down your org by adding tons of Apex jobs, but there really is no other way of setting logic to add lookup relationships automatically.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Automatically adding relationships to records based on logic. This is impossible with Salesforce standard functionality.
