What do you like best?

Before LogRocket I didn't know debugging and troubleshooting could be done in an easy and pleasant way.

Having the ability to monitoring the steps a user takes until something unfortunate happens is one of the best things a developer can have. Apart from that, the tool lets you check console logs and network information, key pieces for successful troubleshooting.

What do you dislike?

It is difficult to find something to complain about LogRocket.

The only minor thing I could say is, I find it pretty confusing when trying to access the session's details. When I click on the session name it adds a filter, and when clicking on the date it drives me to the session record so I have not an easy way to check the details when I'm on the main page.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When a user experiences an issue, I can easily use LogRocket to reproduce the steps the user took before that happening. This is valuable information that saves hours of trial and error.
