What do you like best?
LiveHire is not just an ATS that allows you to easily recruit external and internal talent (permanent & contractor) in a traditional reactive way. LiveHire also has a focus and some unique market leading features, to allow an employer to "proactively" recruit via talent pools and a unique two way candidate communication platform.
What do you dislike?
There aren't many downsides to be honest, other than a few product features that are still in development but not far away (eg automated interview scheduling etc). But let's be honest, what other tech does that in a really effective way? I've found automated tools to still be clunky and teams doing manual workarounds.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
LiveHire is a high performing candidate experience platform as well as a promoter of our employment brand. So far we are seeing genuine results in improving our diversity, reducing time to fill positions, hiring better quality talent, and reducing direct costs of traditional recruitment.
