What do you like best?
I've been using LinkSquares for half a decade. The most important feature of any CMS is accuracy. I need to know that I can find what I need, that it is everything I need, and that I can trust in the results without blinking. It also needs to be reliable - always on, always there when I need it, never leaving me stranded. And when I need support, technical expertise, or something does break, I need to know that competent help is only moments away. LinkSquares understands legal counsel's day to day tasks, especially in-house counsel, and as a result, they understand that this system needs to work for a team of people just as well as for a team of one. Their industry IQ and legal client IQ is off the charts - they just get it.
What do you dislike?
I would like LinkSquares to fix all of my other vendors and teach them what enterprise software is supposed to look like, feel like, how it should perform, and how the client should be supported. Really, I'm at a loss for anything I dislike. They should keep going, take over whatever is in the CMS flow that they haven't yet disrupted, keep doing more.

Fast, efficient organization, accurate reporting, seamless integration with my existing tools and team, and best-in-class due diligence support for datarooms. The software has paid for itself many times over, and continues to pay dividends. Our team is confident about handling any diligence request, any audit, and responding to inquiries in real time.
