What do you like best?

Hi there! I use lien waivers on a daily basis to issue out lien waivers to all our SC vendors. I find the custoemr service to be very nice and very personal. Also, the software has taught me so much about lien waivers for example like why it is so important to be specifc about partial vs. final, etc.

What do you dislike?

Lien waivers.io definitely has it's limitations. The website portal is clean on the outside, but I think needs to be prganized better. At least from my expereince, when I want to search for a specific lien waiver issued in the past, I have to open up the project. I can't just do a simple search function and the lien waiver will appear.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Like mentioned earlier, it is a way to issue and track so many lien waivers that we issue out daily. It is very important that businesses who use subcontractor services stay organized with a software like this
