A great resource for a small HR team!
What do you like best?
Having a single source of truth for the hiring process is so important. Lever is also highly customizable with templates, pipeline stages, and overall candidate management flow. The system also allows for different levels of engagement. I can email and schedule all within the system while some of my hiring managers can have their communications live entirely in their inbox.
What do you dislike?
The reporting functionality is a little daunting, but with the new data visualizations coming, I think this will feel less daunting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The level of customization with Lever was appealing to my team along with the ability to scale up. We might not be using every feature available to us just yet, but knowing that those functions are there when we want them in the future made the investment a no-brainer.

Lever has helped us streamline our hiring process. It's easier to solicit and collect feedback, communicate with candidates, and make sure we are staying on top of all various bits of the recruiting function.
