The interface is good & user friendly

AI is not completely up to the mark

Intents are very few ; bot doesn't respond intelligently to a lot of questions/messages

Also, there are a few technical glitches.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Surely recommend! The team is doing a great job in providing a good support when required. However, still feel there's a scope of improvement as far as the “AI” aspect is considered. For a manufacturing setup, it's one of the best bots in the market as it has a great appeal to blue collared employees because of it's of use and interface.

Reaching out to our shopfloor workers & making available to them all important services which only white collared members had access to,

Keeping a track on our employee grievances which did not have a streamlined mechanism earlier

All policies/ important information under one umbrella

Important notifications to mass can be sent easily
