What do you like best?

I honestly wasn't a big fan of Lawcruit.

What do you dislike?

The system is outdated, requires a lot of steps and isn't user friendly from the admin or user end.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is really the only platform specific to law firms but it definitely isn't performing up to par as other ATS systems.
