What do you like best?

All in all a good and well rounded RMM solution for a small to midsize business or a midsize MSP.

The product utilizes team viewer for remote control which is solid and employees a suite of useful tools including AV, asset management and monitoring.

What do you dislike?

The TeamViewer integration isn't very clean and sometimes can be buggy. I would suggest the vendor clean this up.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you are only looking to monitor servers. Their monitoring suite will not look at network devices.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This was a great way for our IT department of two to manage systems in three states and 11 offices.
