What do you like best?
Laserfiche assists in all areas of the company, from Forms for users and consisitent communcations to automating manual processes. Laserfiche is easy to use and administer. With Laserfiche we are able to have hundreds of different of forms, processes, security settings, etc. You are only limited by what you can think up. Often times random conversations can lead to new processes, or process improvments with Laserfiche.
What do you dislike?
Workflow can be tricky at times to build if you do not know how the rules work. Once we struggled with a workflow not working, and everything appeared logical. We missed a small piece called "For Each Entry".
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When deciding to use Laserfiche, make sure to include all departments and as many people as possible. Gaining insight into what others do can significantly help in determining your ROI.
