Great Place to Find Good Employees

What do you like best?

The site is pretty easy to use and I can check it on my phone (China needs an APP for anything like this). It's also easy to find suitable employees and candidates.

What do you dislike?

I can imagine that it might be harder for those who are looking for applicants who are not teachers. Maybe more advertising to these types of people would be a good idea.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure to take advantage of their advice and help for making job descriptions. It actually did help us manage to get more applicants which were suitable than we thought we could.
