What do you like best?

I have found LabVantage staff very engaging and easy to work with. I have done several projects with them and each time has been above average in helping to achieve the business aims. I like that they inject their opinion on the best way to go using experience from their brand customer base, but in the end support what ever our objectives are.

What do you dislike?

The upgrade path from test to production isn't the best.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Certainly a contender in any large scale pharma implementation, with some gains in matching R&D to manufacturing (QC) data models.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Attempts to create a "green stream" automated approval path was not successful, but otherwise we solved more than 200 bugs/enhancements in an agile way beyond the MVP with their help. I large scale multisite solution was achieved, with a technological currency built in to the ongoing support model
