Mostly comprehensive software for the basics

What do you like best?

I like that payroll data entry and E/Ds are easy to manage.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that things are spread out all over the interface and not intuitive to find, such as tax withholding overrides. Also, the reports are hard to create.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's certainly easier than manual payroll recording.
